This was booked as a stopover between Krakow and Prague. The staff were friendly and polite. However, disappointed that the hotel turned out to be an apartment and there were no dinner facilities. Unfortunately, although being in the town centre, on a Saturday early evening, we still had no option for restaurant food and had to put up with a local Chinese fast food. The room (apartment) was spacious but dated. The shower head was broken and there was only one bath towel supplied, and a very small towel for the two of us to share. The king size bed came with just one pillow for the two of us to share.  Breakfast was a continental buffet which was of a good standard, just as well as although tea and coffee was supplied in the room, there was no milk. The most disappointing thing was then being charge 60,00cz on checkout for local taxes, even though we paid for the room in advance! Not a four star experience in my opinion.
